Γεννημένος το 1969, στο Μινσκ της Λευκορωσία, αποφοίτησε από την Ακαδημία Τεχνών της το 1995. Ο Oleg  Tchoubakov είναι το δημιουργικό μυαλό πίσω από αυτή την ονειρική ζωγραφική!
